We are always looking for people who are instrested in the paranormal. We never stop accepting applications. We have a tough but fair interview process.
First you must contact us team@mpit.org and send us an email describing why you want to be an investigator and what draws you to the paranormal and if you have had any personal experience and a brief bio about yourself.
We will then contact you and set up a date for your team interview. This is where you will meet the entire team and ask any questions you have as well as be asked many by our team. At this point it is decide after you leave the interview by the entire team if you will move forward in the process.
If you are moved forward to the next level, you will attend team meetings and start training. The Chain of Command will decide when you are ready to do your first investigation.
During your investigation team members will watch you closely to see how you present yourself before, during and after the investigation. It will be determined by the Chain of Command if you will stay on as part of the team.
We do not discriminate and will give all who apply a fair chance. Please keep in mind that if you move to the second level of the interview process, you may not attend an investigation right from the start. The team has to feel comfortable with allowing you to attend. That you’re training and knowledge of the equipment is up to par.
